The selection of raw materials is the real beating heart of our products: every botanical, flower or fruit is carefully selected, placing value on short supply chains and collaborating with local farmers.
Emphasising our botanicals is fundamental to us, which is why we use a discontinuous bain-marie still that, thanks to its gentle extraction, retains all the aromas of our terroir.
Our commitment
we believe that being in tune with the land is not just about cultivating it carefully, but also preserving its delicate ecosystem.
This is why our distillation plant is one of the first in Italy to use cutting-edge technology: instead of using fossil fuels to power the stills, clean electricity is used, generated by more than two thousand square metres of photovoltaic panels located near the company. In doing so, we generate almost all the energy needed for our production, significantly reducing our ecological footprint and protecting our mountains.
