Our Products
The creation of our products is the result of a careful selection of the finest raw materials, with priority given exclusively to superior quality botanicals and marc. The aim is to enhance and safeguard our Alpine territory: that is why our ingredients come from Valle d’Aosta, a short supply chain in conjunction with our region’s farmers and producers.
Liqueurs and spirits
Resulting from the combination of Ottoz’s creative flair and the vast experience of Levi distillers, Ottoz liqueurs and spirits are products with a unique character. Standing out among them all is Ebo Lebo Gran Riserva, the historic Amaro Alpino enriched with saffron and génépy from Valle d’Aosta and awarded Best Amaro in the World at the World Liqueur Awards 2020.

The first product marketed by Laurent Ottoz was a Génépy and, to this day, we still pay tribute to this history with a wide range of different liqueurs, the centrepiece of which is this rare plant. From the iconic Classique version, characterised by a very intense green colour, to the Centenario variant produced with male génépy, there are many variations available to satisfy all palates.

A distillate of Italian excellence, Grappa is available in Ottoz in three different versions – one aged and two young – whose names are inspired by the glaciers of our peaks.
