Surrounded by the highest peaks of Europe, the Distillerie Saint Roch is known for its combination of traditional craftsmanship and sustainable innovation.
The Alpine landscape that surrounds our company inspires our master distillers in the creation of unique liqueurs and spirits closely linked to the surrounding area, from which most of the botanicals and fruits for use in our spirits are obtained.

Getting the most out of our botanicals is a pivotal element for our company, and it is for this reason that we use a discontinuous bain-marie still, which, thanks to its gentle extraction, allows us to make the most of all the fragrances and aromas of our terroir.
Our commitment
For us, working in harmony with the environment does not only mean cultivating the land, but also limiting our impact on it.
This is why our production plant is one of the first in Italy to use state-of-the-art distillation technology: instead of using fossil fuels to power the stills, we use electricity generated by over two thousand square metres of photovoltaic panels located near the company. This enables us to self-produce almost all the energy we need and limit the emissions that are harmful to the environment.

Every stage of the production of our spirits thus becomes a tribute to the surrounding nature, from the processing of the raw materials, which takes place in modern laboratories and using cutting-edge equipment, to their packaging, which favours the use of sustainable and recyclable materials. We aim to offer the customer a sensory journey, with every bottle capturing the essence of the mountains and preserving their precious ecosystem.
