Our Products
Following the guiding thread of tradition, Distillerie Saint Roch creates liqueurs and spirits with a unique character, a true celebration of Alpine nature and the surrounding area. From Génépy, available in several variations, to Historical Grappas, from Syrups to Traditional Liqueurs, there are many products on offer, all made by hand and the result of a scrupulous selection of raw materials.
Artemisia Line
The Artemisia line takes its name from the scientific name of the Génépy, a plant from which we obtain the precious liqueur of the same name, a symbol of our valleys. We have chosen to interpret it in many different ways: from the traditional infused version to the white version, obtained from the self-distillation of the seedlings, via the Rosé reinterpretation, which sees the union of Génépy with mountain raspberry infusion spirits, there are many alternatives designed to satisfy all palates.
Syrups
Blended from infusions of plants from Valle d’Aosta, the Saint Roch Syrups were created to enhance the botanicals of our territory in a non-alcoholic version, to be used in mixology but also to garnish desserts. Four raw materials were selected: Raspberries, Génépy, Elderberry and Mint, all of Valdostan origin and cultivated by small local companies.

Historic spirits
The Historic Spirits line is a tribute to the history of our Distilleries and the places that have housed them over the centuries. The names of the various labels, in fact, are a tribute to the villages of Sant’Orso, in the heart of the city of Aosta where the first Levi Distillery was founded, and Saint Roch, where our Distillery is still based today.
Fruit and spice liqueurs
Available in 50 cl format, the fruit and spice liqueurs are created by mixing a hydro-alcoholic infusion with fruits and spices from our region: honey, raspberries, chestnuts and blueberries are just some of the flavours chosen to create a uniquely flavoursome combination.

This line is designed to enhance some of the most symbolic liqueurs in the collective imagination: bombardino, punch and limoncello are some of the iconic and world-famous products that we have decided to produce in keeping with their traditional recipe, selecting high-quality raw materials.
